Softron has successfully implemented at BPS (Social Security Bank) in Uruguay, the powerful application and infrastructure monitoring solution Dynatrace, the leading APM (App Performance Management) solution.
BPS was trying to improve the management, response and comprehensive analysis of the incidents that affected, in real time, both the applications as well as the infrastructure operational areas, by way of identifying the causes.
With Dynatrace it was possible to get a comprehensive and cross-sectional view of the behavior of BPS’s services based on users, as well as of its own and third party auditing of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) compliance.
